Neuro Linguistic Programming
NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
When we discuss NLP, we are typically discussing the three vital components involved in producing our unique human experience: neurology, language and programming.
These components determine how we view, react to and create our life experiences.
NLP involves the development of flexibility in choice and behaviour. By offering insight into why we respond to life the way we do and how our habits and thoughts are created it teaches us to own our choices, patterns and belief systems. It shares with us new tools to respond authentically and spontaneously to our problems and break outmoded, limiting coping mechanisms.
At another level, NLP is about self-discovery, self-change and self-acceptance.
